By accessing this website and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Service Description

ReachMe Advertising provides door-to-door flyer distribution, printing, and digital marketing services across the United Arab Emirates. We strive to ensure accurate and timely distribution, verified by GPS tracking systems.

3. Distribution & Delivery

• Accuracy: While we aim for 100% coverage, access limitations (e.g., gated communities, security restrictions) may affect distribution in certain areas.
• Reporting: GPS reports and distribution proofs are provided upon campaign completion. Discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of campaign completion.
• Timeline: Distribution dates are subject to approval and availability. Delays caused by weather or force majeure are not our liability.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are agreed upon in the service contract. Generally, 100% advance payment is required before the commencement of printing or distribution. Refunds are not provided once services have been executed or materials printed.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReachMe Advertising be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
